Our Health and Wellness Center includes 48 fitness stations: treadmills, incumbent bikes, ellipticals, step climber, rowing machine, free weights, squat rack, ab machine, and much more to help you reach your personal goals. Youth 10-13 years old can use this area with a parent/guardian, but they may only use cardio equipment (no weights). Proper workout attire: tennis shoes, shorts (not jean shorts), sweats, leggings, t-shirts. Showers and locker rooms are also available.
Receive coaching in our 1-on-1 Wellness Session Program. Each session will last 30 minutes and instructors must be given at least a 24-hour cancellation notice by member. Meet your individual fitness goals, increase your strength and flexibility, lose weight, do your post-surgery rehab, and gain self-confidence. Start a commitment to a healthier lifestyle.
