Get Fit

Get healthy with YMCA classes that welcome all ages and fitness levels. Why tackle it alone when you can receive much needed inspiration and motivation from classmates? Studies show you’ll push yourself harder when tasked with exercising with others who are working hard. And remember, more effort equals bigger results! Let’s Go!

Get Healthy

Want to kick your workouts up a notch? Exercise with others! Meeting up with friends to take a group class helps with consistency because they involve a commitment. Group accountability can help you avoid skipping a workout or exercise session. Grab a buddy, pick a class and get moving!

Connect With Others

Exercising with a group provides an opportunity to build new friendships. You’ll be starting with a shared interest which can make it easier to chat about other things. Exercising together can be a great way to meet people, get to know them better, and make new friends.

YMCA membership required to attend these classes. No preregistration required. Join at any time, and we’ll see you there!

We will continue to add more classes as we grow.

The class will start as a beginner class for both parent and child, and we will grow as needed. This is a resistance band-based class. Bands will need to be purchased prior to the start of class.
