Our YMCA hosts many events that bring the community together. Community members attend these events to show their continuous love and support for the YMCA. All proceeds from these events benefit the Y programs.
Heart of the Community Awards
The first Heart of the Community Awards was held on February 13, 2009. The Heart of the Community Award honors those individuals, businesses, and foundations who have gone above and beyond in giving to our YMCA.
Celebrity Waiter Luncheon
Come join us as we host our annual October Celebrity Waiter Luncheon! This luncheon brings together members of the community who fundraise throughout the luncheon, supporting youth programs at our Y. Activities include costume contests, live and silent auctions, and raffle items. This fun-filled fundraiser, created over 40 years ago, is a well attended and highly anticipated tradition in our community.
